Wonderful Group Celebration

The team hosted our celebration weekend. Everything was superb. Victoria and Michelle ensured every detail went smoothly during planning. Beckie coordinated spa treatments and lunch. Our spa day included a lovely outside area. The men enjoyed a golf day. Simon took great care of them. The Food and Beverage team worked hard to keep us stocked and the cocktails flowing. Housekeeping kept our lodges super clean, I highly recommend them for a secluded group celebration.

The walls were thin. I could clearly hear conversations and television from the next room. The hotel was fully booked. The staff made no alternative suggestions to solve this problem.

Relaxing Spa Break

The reception staff greeted us warmly. We were directed straight to the spa, to our reserved table until 5 PM. I could use the spa facilities before lunch and throughout the evening. The staff reserved two day beds for us. This entire process was very smooth and organised. Dinner in the lake restaurant offered good quality food and attentive service.

The room, though spacious, had furniture that looked a bit dated. I also found that the TV remote was not very effective. The air conditioning was not strong enough, so I requested a fan, but one was not provided, inconvenient.

Lunch included a prawn and avocado salad, a good choice. Dinner was in the lake restaurant, with good service. I found the food to be of good quality. Breakfast provided a buffet with a variety of options.

the staff were really helpful. nothing was too much hassle. i used all the practice facilities. the courses were in great condition, especially considering the summer we had. the lodge had sky sports. dinner was great and the food was really good.

the door to the driving range is a bit of a pain when carrying your bag.

We booked a golf break including two rounds, dinner, bed, and breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, from the pro shop to the reception and restaurant staff. The golf courses were well kept and challenging. The evening meal was great and breakfast had a wide choice.

The room window didn't shut properly so the room was a bit cold, but that was not a big problem.
